As an HVAC technician at M and M Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical, my day begins early. I wake up at 5:30 AM, grab a quick breakfast, and head to the office. Our team meeting starts at 7 AM sharp, where we discuss the day’s scheduled installations and emergency calls.

Morning: Tackling AC Installations

Today, I’m assigned to a new air conditioning installation. I load up my van with the necessary equipment and head to the client’s home. Upon arrival, I:

• Assess the space and confirm the AC unit specifications
• Remove the old unit (if applicable)
• Install the new AC system, ensuring proper placement and connections
• Test the system for optimal performance

Afternoon: Emergency AC Repair

After lunch, I receive an urgent call about a malfunctioning air conditioner. I quickly drive to the location and diagnose the issue. It turns out to be a faulty capacitor, which I replace efficiently. The grateful homeowner is relieved to have their cool air restored on such a hot day.

Evening: Wrapping Up and Preparing for Tomorrow

As the day winds down, I return to the office to complete paperwork and restock my van. I also take a moment to review tomorrow’s schedule, which includes a routine maintenance check for a commercial HVAC system.
